A moderated debate on hot public topics. Lead in Oxford format, where two teams try to convince the audience about the validity or nullity of a given thesis.
Student section of International Institute of Political Science is a university club bringing together active students of political sciences, who are already thinking about their future career and studies are more of a hobby than a burden. The main idea behind the existence of this club is the professional growth of our members, which is supported by a range discussions and lectures from academics, politicians and other interesting characters from around the world.
Our projects
Round Tables
Round Tables have become our traditional project. Multiple concepts from seminars, lectures to discussions, where we invite Czech and foreign experts, also professionals with experience.
Workshops
Workshops are our newest and innovative format which we offer to our members.
Field trips
Section organizes these trips multiple times throughout the year. We visit a range of institutions, so we have the possibility to understand their organization, how they function and else.
Chats over a glass
Chats over a glass are an internal event for section members, where students can participate in an informal discussion with an expert on a given topic.
